Aiskew Mill is a grade 2 listed building, It was first listed on the 6th of October 1981. Water-mill. Late 18th to mid 19th century, red brick, 3 storey water mill.

Leech House
Leech House is a grade 2 listed building, it was listed on 25th of September 1985. A rare example of a building by a river designed for a doctor to house leeches, for use in his profession.

Aiskew Signal Box
Aiskew Signal Box is a grade 2 listed building, first listed in 16th of February 1993. The 1860s Signal Box was possibly designed by G. T Andrews for the Northallerton - Bedale line.

Aiskew Roman Villa
Aiskew Roman Villa is located 550m west of Aiskew Grange and is a Scheduled Monument. It is a large and complex Roman villa occupied in the third and fourth centuries AD, set in an extensive area of associated yards and enclosures including further buildings and features, all surviving as a series of buried features and deposits.
